Oh try to arrive at NRT 3 hours before your return flight. Lots of shopping can be done with your remaining yen (don't convert it back, just spend it!) and enjoy the ANA lounge... lots of snacks, drinks, noodle bar, free computers with internet... don't forget to refresh and relax in the individual shower/bathrooms and the massage chairs!
