I like your point there. Me too, I am kind of a luggage snob. Once in Hawaii, I bought a limited edtion TUMI luggage for about $900 USD, I still like it, it looks very nice and neat, seems durable to me. But since it's so expensive, everytime I travel with my TUMI, I put extra care on it. I hate gate-checks, especially during rainning days, and when I see the airline stuff throw my TUMI onto the carts, it just hurts me ,, " ...., that's my TUMI"

Now I think TUMI is more for big corporate exectives, for the very rich people. Not for a guy like me.

Have you ever noticed Luggage Works luggages, I see most of the airline pilots, especially senior pilots use Luggage Works luggage, I like the stealth frame, and the price is reasonable, it seems to be the most durable luggage.

ZUCA backpack is great, but the PRO seems unprofessional. looks strange. Please think about it, it costs you a lot of time to put the stuff in and out of the little bigs, plus, if you need to bring a winter coat, or some big clothes, it's hard to pack them into those little bags.
