If the VISA options don't work for you, probably a same day turnaround to SFO is the cheapest bet. Or LAS via LAX. That's what I did. I was just going to do a same day for $160, but then friends planned a weekend that worked, so I just went to that.

Too bad running up to LAX is so expensive. But SFO is a nicer airport anyway... Surely there are still $120-ish fares to be had before 12/31?
