Well, locally I can get a 1/3 pound buger, grass fed beef, on fresh ciabatta, with local farmers market produce and artisanal cheese for about $7

I suppose I'd be willing to spend triple that for the elegance of room service in a fine hotel in the US. Beyond that and the price gets to the point where it exceeds its value.
