My wife requested a Zuca after our last trip together. I love the organization aspect of the bag more than anything and I think that is what sold her as well. Also, as far as a rolling case goes, it is great. The wheels are rollerblade wheels, and the combination of the large size and the material means when you are rolling you aren't making some horrible racket.
I did get more comments from TSA and FAs on that one trip than probably ever. Never was there a question on size, because when the Zuca is standing next to a normal rollaboard, it actually looks small.
My Zuca has made it through LAX package dragons and fits on the AB side of the MD80.
So I am pretty happy.
