I just completed a MR on the weekend and it was a bad boarding scene, kettles were everywhere. I also fly AC quite a bit and I LOVE the "carpet" it works so effectively and everyone is used to it so no dirty looks. But something unusual happened in SFO, the GA asked all first class to line up in front of the podium and then zone 1 to line up in a row in front of the podium behind frist class before she even called pre-board, she then called pre-board and then checked in our line and u know it actually worked great. Just one other comment, most of the kettles were getting on the flight with way to many bags and oversized bags, eventually they had to start to gate check the bags and I overhead Ms. Kettle say to Mr. Kettle "that actually worked and now we don't have to pay to check our luggage ". Have the Kettles outsmarted US?
