No new comments have been approved and there are no new posts on the TSA blog since Thursday afternoon. I have no information, of course, so this is purely speculative. But I think another, less nefarious scenario may be likely.
We certainly know that Bob has other duties besides the blog ... and that those duties usually take priority over blog maintenance. We know that several TSA folks have been placed on administrative leave; their work has to be covered by someone else. It may be the case that Bob is being pressed into other duties that have a higher priority (from a TSA perspective) than the blog.
