Check out the Club sandwich at FS Hotel des Bergues Geneva - everything cooked a la minute - fabulous.

It is all down to quality of ingredients and freshness, so when someone says that 'beef is beef' that is rubbish. How can you compare cheap, mass produced, hormone-laden beef with grass-reared organic?
