Nov 19 MX flights to EZE still haven't posted which sucks because I'd like the PLT 100% bonus for my upcoming AA flights. Our FF#'s didn't appear on MX boarding passes although MX confirms they're on our reservation.

I submitted credit request for myself and travel partner (same PNR) via email and AA responded that they're waiting for verification from MX -- there's a link to check the status of request. My travel partner is not mentioned at all in any of the follow-up emails but I'm assuming they are processing a request for him and that this/his info isn't visible to me.

Is this silly and hopelessly naive -- should I tell him to submit his own request?
