The promo is actually retroactive. I got my card late August, registered for the promo and got credit for flights in July. The only issue was, I had to call 4 times to actually get them. The first three times no one knew what to do and they gave the the run around between DL and AMEX. The 4th time, the DL agent (actually Chisholm former NWA platinum line) new exactly what to do and the miles posted within minutes. As they were TATL, they added up to 10+K.

If someone misses retroactive miles, call during CST office ours, as they agents need to talk to someone in the back office, to get this done.
