Sorry your experience with AMEX was negative.

I don't have the exact terms of the promotion in front of me but I *think* you had to be an AMEX cardholder when those flights actually took place. Someone please correct me if I am wrong here.

That said I signed up for the same promo. Each time I have flown the bonus miles associated with this promo posted along with the usual miles from flying. Being a GM I got the normal miles, 100% GM Bonus, and the AMEX bonus totaling 300% mileage.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
