Here is an update from this morning's travel at YYZ T3 at Delta:

Delta Kiosk open at 3:45 AM
Gates to Customs (pre-Clearance) opens at 4:00 AM
Customs starts processing at 4:30 AM

I could not sleep anyway so I got there early.

Has anyone used the link train at the new satellite parking terminal on airport road, what has been your experience with it and promptness of train. Just relocated to Toronoto, have my Nexus card and will start driving to the airport in the new year.
