I am not normally in favour of moderated boards. However if we are going to have to do without Richard's knowledge because of the ignorant rants of one person ( who,as Richard said, hasn't even let us know his email address so that we can tell him what we think directly)then I would gladly have the list moderated.

I believe other boards on Flyertalk do not have to put up with flamers - so why should the amex board?
