Since this thread has cropped up again, I'll add my $0.02. As the person that put together the disaster recovery scenarios for the call center software at AMEX, I know a little thing or too about the Mr X/Mr Y. Guess what? The last names are codes. They are fake. They don't mean a **** thing except for internal tracking.
