You know CX's IT. It does not always work as you think. What you see in your account is for reference only. In the past, when I change my booking, I can see that by refreshing the "Manage My Booking" page. A month or two ago it only worked intermmittently. Sometimes I had to log out and log back on to see the updates. So I am not sure if you can see updates by refreshing the page.
