For this perk, it appears Crystal customers are willing to pay premium prices for lack-luster itineraries, average to poor food, sullen staff, smaller cabins and high-end finishings.
Crystal sells sizzle, but no steak. One does wonder how long they can last in a market where they face serious competition for the steak.
