The following customers are entitled to a 32kgs baggage allowance per bag at no additional charge:
* Customers travelling to and from Brazil.
* Gold and Silver Executive Club members.
* First, Club World and Club Europe customers on all routes.
So you're allowed 3 x 32kg bags, I will be making sure that check-in staff are away of this if they quote 23kg at me. I'll need all 96kg next Jan.
