Just tried to book a one-way Europcar between LAS and LAX, and got

Rental not permitted between these two locations

Is this normal for Europcar to have such inflexible rental plans ? Or is this restriction just for the bmi rate ? It's not exactly Hixville to Butholle, is it .....
