I wondered the same. You realize that there is no word woo'd. The word is wooed.

Other than that I love your email. Wish I could hope that it changes DL's mind. DL is being quite stubborn on this issue even when faced with a lot of customers pointing out the opportunities DL is sacrificing to other airlines such as CO.
