I think the key words here are "
for Air France" which IMO means that the FB perks only kick in when a CityJet flight is booked (and paid for) through AF (or KL) and not valid when bought directly from CityJet as this is a private company owned by Air France...
CirtyJet is not Air France, I believe, but as said earlier an Irish separate owned subsidiary.
