Honestly I don't know whether I'm more loyal since I really have no intentions of changing primary carriers anytime soon but I will say that the gesture has definitely given them a few more "silver bullets" when I get frustrated at times with them. Like I said before, I'm not naive enough to believe Delta is even close to perfect and that the days of old will somehow miraculously return, but at the same time Delta has treated me well in a time where customer service across all industries is severely lacking.
