FlytheTail, overall I'd say the breakdown of my travel this year was as follows:

Domestic - 20% heavy discounted LUT fares, 40% discounted HQK fares, and 40% YBM fares.
International - All were M fares as I used my PMU's successfully (yes it can be done) to upgrade to J on all of my trips.

I had very few < 10 out of 135 segments that were booked direct in First / Business.

Not sure what these fare classes equate to on the former NW but that's the general breakdown.
