As I've suggested elsewhere, they could extend the SWU's so that they are either directly applicable from YBM or applicable with a mileage pmt (I suggested 7500, but I'd pay more) from HKQ.

Others have suggested giving two types of SWU's, for example, give 4 of the ones they give now plus two that are good from any fare bucket.

Or just reinstate the old NW phantom upgrade program, and I'll be a really happy camper.
