AmEx's online statements (that I've gotten) suck, they provide so few details. AmEx is always touting how detailed their statements are as a benefit of cardmembership, but they don't come through online.
Last I heard they were working on it, but now that AmEx's headquarters is in shambles, I doubt that is a priority. My friend who works there was told today that it will be at least 10 months before they go back...
