That's getting way up there. Looking at groundspeedrecords.com, 650 kts (748mph) is the third fastest reported for a 757.

180kts (207mph) is the second fastest I've ever heard on one of my flights (225 tailwind and 800 indicated on the IFE is my tops - not sure I believe the 800)
