BA CW is in my opinion an excellent product. Where else are you guaranteed a flat bed? Sure some airlines have flat beds on certain routes but can you really be sure that you will get one? BA CW guarantees you a flat bed no matter where you fly.

Also, if you bag a window seat you will have a privacy factor second to none.

I have only experienced one flight when AVOD failed and had to be set into the traditional sequence mode. And 1 failure out of maybe 50 flights isn't bad.

Yes the food could be better but it is certainly not bad. As for quality of wine and champers, I'm myself not that fuzzy but I guess it can be important to others. I go for champagne, some red/white to the meal and a stiff port for the cheese. Then it's goodnight
