I agree that the hard product, especially the seats are still probably one of the best worldwide, and appreciate your comment about the yield.

I worry though that too many cuts will degrade the product further, and we do notice these little things like the chocs and plastic dishes.........for those of us who pay for our own tickets it is the small things like those that distinguish one airline from another. I even remember things like the super design of the CX salt and pepper pots (sadly BA is a little paper envelope of salt and pepper).

Now I am getting picky!
