For an upcoming CDG-JFK award flight as LTPE later this week in economy, our seat reservations have disappeared. We can also no longer select the seat reservation function for this reservation. Reservation is ticketed, confirmed showing "seat not assigned". Cannot access the reservation with checkmytrip. According to seatcounter the flight is zeroed out except for B2 C9 D9 I9 J9 Y9.

Any ideas why seat reservation would no longer be showing?
Is the new premium economy product active on this route?
Could our seats have already been given away in anticipation of an upgrade?
Should we call or just leave things as they are?
