I have been having issues with PM since the outtage on 13th November .

My PM box would not send emails nor receive them for quite some time. Kinda killed off my CC trade.

Maybe what you are experiencing is related to this as well.

Good luck. I have been waiting a LONG time to get some joy on the issues I am having with FT.
