I have just stayed at the Upper House. Overall, I don't really like it. Way too residential for my taste. They also have some soundproofing issues and some amenties are missing, like a DVD player. I intended to stay 2 nights but go back to the FS after staying one night.

i did visit the hotel and service was very average at the front desk but good at the cafe gray .
