Mainly an issue when booking through Jetstar, but i have yet to see a definitive answer to this...

When booking a Jetstar flight, you are asked for your first name and last name as it appears on your passport. Now, i've had colleagues who have done exactly this and have been pulled up for not including their middle name (since most passports show First and Middle name together on the same line).

So what is the correct way to do this when Jetstar don't give an option for middle name?
