On the Hyatt site - when you are trying to book a stay - just do the check-in date as today (or whenever) and the checkout date as the end of the range you're checking for. The result will show the daily rate once you click on the property of interest.

If you don't need the stay before year-end, maybe you should do it early in Jan so you'll have a head start on next year.
