Note that service on the 2 class planes is much slower than on the 3 class, because there is the same number of FAs serving a higher number of passengers. Especially on the very short YUL-ZRH night flight, this is annoying (on top of the old, uncomfortable seat and the stupid flight times).
Well happily enough we got an equipment change yesterday on YUL-ZRH to a 3 class 332.
Ah, the relief of us 5 or so status pax that were re-housed in rows 1-3 and the F seat with C service.
The outbound was the miserable 2 class experience described here and 100 other places.
