This past Sunday, my black card was denied, in what resulted in a very embarrassing experience. I called our special number, and was told the "authorization system" had failed. I was then asked everything from SS # to the effective date on the card. It got so intense, I finally hung up and used a Visa. When I called in later, and complained to a "Supervisor", some guy named Glock got on, said they were having a system problem, and blamed the establishment for not handling it better. What a bunch of arrogant jerks. All I could think of was what if I had been with an important client, pitching new business? This product is becoming more trouble than it's worth.
