Maybe the AMEX rep was misinformed about
the 24/7 availability of a the personal
travel concierage. She did put it in
perspective by stating an example that
you are overseas and have been invited
to a dinner party but need to bring
a gift. You call your concierage and he/she
makes finds the gift locally and gets it
to your hotel. She specifically mentioned
she thought this was the best feature/benefit
of the Centurian Card.
