I wondered if we will ever have this hotel back - but in the meantime, there are the Doubletree, ES, rebranded SheraHilton and Hampton in Burlingame, and the HGI in South San Fran / SFO North that was recently rehabbed (I use it on occasion, and it was usually slightly cheaper than the Burlingame property,) as well as ES and others nearby.

Ah, the hotel's page now says: The Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport/Burlingame is scheduled to re-open in February 2010 and is presently accepting reservations for arrival April 1, 2010 and beyond.. With a labor dispute, we may have to take this with a grain of NaCl.
