If you were employed in your usual duties and required advice on your legal position and redress available-could you not address this question through any Union you are member of?

Typically Union membership provides access to competent advice as part of Union membership/fees paid.

Your position in law might vary considerably to that of a passenger. (Whether the sneezing passenger owed you a legal duty of care (and the law that applied)-whether as a passenger or crew member- would be one aspect requiring examination perhaps).

(Passengers themselves do not have their own Union as far as I'm aware. Some passengers may have access to legal expenses insurance that might afford access to similar advice or assistance-or possibly if the passenger him/herself benefits from Union membership that affords similar benefits outside the workplace).

Quantum would dependent largely on the above-as much as how far you have suffered or continue to suffer.

You have my commiserations on your plight.
No surprises there...
