What I'd like to be able to do is find the cheapest night at any Hyatt property within a certain distance over a certain period of time. You can't put in a range from a certain location but you can pull up all the rates for the properties in a metropolitan area. My suggestion would be to put in Seattle WA - then the entire range of dates - now until 12/30 - that should pull up rates for all nights - example I just did it for you and Bellevue shows up at $119 a night (on the prepaid hyatt.com rate) for any night the week after Christmas.
Do you need the last stay just for one free FFN or also for requalfication since if its just for FFN you have until 1/31/10 to do that last stay - but if you need it for requalification also, needs to be completed by 12/31.
