BA got the OP to his ultimate destination, and in the post above he states that he is very satisfied with the outcome. The whole 'ambulance chasing' attitude of society (and I am not picking you out in particular it;s a general thing) is distasteful. It has promoted a more selfish attitude in people and also helps to create a DYKWIA attitude which makes life for people on both sides of service less friendly and more confrontational. The descent into "What can I get out of it?" is really quite sad. Ultimately it leads to higher prices and higher taxes because we all end up paying for it one way or another.
