I am at 49,008 EQM for the year and don't expect to be doing any more traveling this year. I have the Chase Platinum card and was planning to "buy" 1000 EQM miles using their elevated status purchase option in order to get past the 50K mark. However, I can't find the correct link to do this. The link on the United site has the same URL for both selecting elevated status and for selecting economy plus seating and when I go to it, it displays an error that I already have access to economy plus (https://secure.unitedmileageplus.com/BM0603TH5.jsp). Does anyone have a different link I can use to redeem the 10,000 Chase miles to purchase 1000 EQMs?
