Just went to book a ticket on .bomb, and on the purchase itin screen, a floating window popped up offering a 'live chat' with an agent. Is this new? I've never seen it before, and haven't seen a thread on it.

I didn't click on it, but definitely thought about it for the entertainment value! If this is the ICC...... oh my.
