First of all, a credit card authorization form is not a direct bill.
Second, even if it was considered direct billed, you are still eligible for the points unless your room charges were routed to a master account.
There are a variety of things that could be going on here, but one of them is (this might seem confusing if you are not familiar with the Marriott computer systems) If your reservation(s) was/were made as part of a group, the points will not post until the group has been checked out of the system. It is possible that all of your reservations were made within one group, in which case your points won't post until all of your stays have completed and the group master has been checked out (there would be a group master even if there are no charges sent to that master....every group has a group master. Many never have any charges posted to them). This is my guess as to what's going on, but I could be wrong.
I hope this helps a bit. If what you're saying is accurate though, and the room charges are posting to your room, not a master account...you should get credit for the stays.
while this is possible it would be unique for a hotel (except RI/TPS) to have a group master setup for 6 weeks...more likely it's a CT mini which WOULD award points immediatley but the use of a CT mini would lead me to believe it's a dbil account....but as you've hinted at here without much more info an answer really can't be given
