Depending on when you plan to visit, try above sites and also go directly to the hotel sites. Many times there is very little difference. IMO no need to use priceline - you're locked into bids and very little flexibility.
Keep in mind tourism is at all time low in Thailand but Nov-Feb is considered the high season. We were there for 2+ months this summer and it was a buyer's market.
