As a 15+ year AT&T person who's now switched to T-Mobile, there's no comparison in customer service. T-Mo blows the doors off AT&T. Quick, efficient competent customer service agents are worth the switch to T-Mobile alone.

I have never had a problem with AT&T's customer service but I have had issues with T-Mobile's network. Not being able to make a call at a baggage claim area in JFK or Newark airport is inexcusable IMHO.
