I like the announcement idea that Dallas49er has. In addition to the "new" announcement, how about doing this. Take the "General Boarding/Priority Access" sign and tear it in half. Put the "General Boarding" sign, say to the left of the gate and then the "Priority Access" sign to the right of the gate. Make sure they are not even close to each other (similar to how HA does it) In addition to this, list on each sign the boarding groups that emcompass each and the boarding order.

Within the "new" annoucement idea, the GA could also point to the new line areas. In my opinion, whether your in first, business or are EXP, etc if you paid for it, flew for it or whatever, you deserve to board before the general population. Why bother paying for first or having status and not enjoying the privileages that go along with it.
