Since Wed night, my Yahoo search function has not worked - no matter, what computer and at whatever location (we have 3 computers at home; I have used numerous computers at work) I am accessing my yahoo account.

What should I do next - follow the steps that are listed in the above posts?

Note - the other 2 adults in our household, who use the same computers, have the search function working with their yahoo accounts.

PS-I have sent in a email to the yahoo customer service department about 18 hrs ago - no response. It seems, from doing a yahoo or google search, yahoo does not provide good customer service by email or by phone?
