res.hampshire[at]fourseasons.com now no longer goes to the hotel but is diverted to World Reservations, where I got an automated reply saying it is now 4.21am (London is now 9.21am) so I won't get a reply for a while.
spa.hampshire[at]fourseasons.com has been turned off and is now undeliverable
It does seriously seem that they do not want you to deal with the hotel at all.
