I've noticed recently that each time I look at the Gold/Plat. "members only" events/deals there is never anything for Atlanta (and a few other large cities). However, some much smaller cities such as San Antonio consistantly have events. Are the deals targetted by carholder density or another metric is is it simply happenstance that some cities never seem to have events.
