I've stayed at this hotel a few times earlier this year when their rates were more reasonable for the room sizes. It felt like the rooms overlooking the street were bigger, but looking at the fire escape maps, it seems all the rooms are the same size. My last two trips to New York put me in hotels further uptown - this hotel doesn't have the value it used to.
