Etihad has suites in first class from AbuDhabi to London and they give Bulgari toiletries in a nice reusable bag. They serve premium wines with years and always ask you to taste and they serve Dom Perignon and provide limo services up to 200 miles. They have "dine when you want" policy
American FAs never ever bother to show you to your seats; Emirates, Etihad, CX, BA all show you to your seats
